This site targets WCAG 2.2 AA and treats reduced motion, keyboard access, readable contrast, and semantic content as product requirements.
What is built in
- A visible skip link and logical page landmarks.
- Keyboard-operable navigation and search.
- Strong focus indicators and minimum 48-pixel primary actions.
- Reduced-motion behavior that removes ambient movement.
- Text-first content and no autoplay media.
- Responsive typography and layouts that reflow on small screens.
Before public launch
The site still needs manual checks with NVDA, keyboard-only navigation, 200% zoom, mobile screen readers, and representative browsers. Real project media will need appropriate alternative text, captions, or transcripts.

A verified accessibility contact will be added with Austin’s public contact details. Until then, this page remains a transparent implementation record rather than a completed conformance claim.
