Privacy · draft for launch review
Collect less. Explain the rest.
The current static release is designed to work without accounts, advertising trackers, or a content database.
Current release
Site search runs locally in your browser against a static index. Search queries are not sent to Austin or to a hosted search provider.
No contact form, newsletter subscription, microphone access, voice session, or user account is currently active.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand aggregate site usage, such as page views and engagement. Google processes analytics data under its own terms and privacy policies; the site does not intentionally send names, contact details, or AI Austin conversation content to Analytics.
If consent is required in a visitor’s jurisdiction, analytics should be enabled only after that consent has been collected. Austin should review the final notice and consent setup before marketing the site in regions with those requirements.
Hosting logs
Firebase Hosting and infrastructure providers may process ordinary request information needed to deliver and secure the site. Austin should review the selected Google Cloud project settings and final public privacy notice before launch.
Future voice beta
If the digital-twin interview becomes active, the interface will show a separate disclosure before requesting microphone permission. The planned default is no raw-audio retention and no stored transcript. Provider, retention, deletion, and data-region details must be published before enabling the feature.
Future subscriptions
If email subscriptions are added, the site will disclose the provider, fields collected, purpose, retention, double-opt-in flow, and unsubscribe method before collecting an address.
Contact
A verified privacy contact will be added with the public contact details before launch.
