Problem
Selecting a GenAI presentation tool is not only a feature comparison. Enterprise adoption depends on quality, fit, risk, stakeholder confidence, and whether a pilot creates enough evidence for a responsible rollout decision.
Insight
A useful evaluation connects technical validation with the experience of real users. A model can produce impressive slides while still failing on workflow fit, consistency, or the practical expectations of teams.
Decision
Run the work as a structured onboarding and delivery program: source the external solution, define validation and testing, align stakeholders, execute a global pilot, and use the findings to support launch.
Implementation
Austin owned the external SaaS onboarding and delivery process. The public case study focuses on his role and the verified pilot scale while withholding vendor, employer, and internal evaluation details.
Evidence
- More than 250 global pilot users tested the solution.
- The work covered sourcing, validation, testing, stakeholder management, pilot execution, and launch.
- The evaluation connected model capability, user experience, and enterprise delivery requirements.
Reflection
The pilot was valuable because it made adoption observable. Instead of treating enthusiasm as proof, it created a shared basis for deciding what was ready, what needed support, and what should not scale yet.
Evidence on record
What can be checked now.
- More than 250 global pilot users tested the solution
- Delivery covered sourcing, validation, testing, stakeholder management, and launch
- The pilot connected technical evaluation with adoption evidence
